1. Closed B2B Nature & Principles
The platform GSM Trade Hub is an exclusive closed B2B trading network restricted to legally registered mobile repair shops and wholesale retailers with a valid VAT ID.
2. Registration & Verification
Company credentials and VAT numbers are verified within 24 hours by compliance administrators.
3. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
TOTP Two-Factor Authentication is strictly mandatory for all verified business partners.
4. Marketplace & IMEI Rules
Accurate grading and automatically masked IMEI numbers (e.g. 358921••••••475) are mandatory.
5. Invoicing & VAT Compliance
All transactions must be documented with valid commercial tax invoices.
6. Stolen Devices Zero-Tolerance
Listing stolen, blacklisted, or contract-defaulted devices results in permanent ban and police report.
